his site is dedicated to the Victims of the RSPCA. It is for people like ourselves, who feel that their civil rights have been violated; and would like a chance to tell their story.

The RSPCA are a powerful and wealthy organisation. Who are in the eyes of the public, portrayed as a highly respected society who can do no wrong.
When members of the general public who have had the misfortune in being targeted by this organisation, in seeking help and justice, they find it virtually impossible in finding a solicitor trained in this field. As the RSPCA themselves, employ the best experts in animal law.
It has also been reported, when these Victims have sought help from the police and their local MP, find that they will not consider the possibility, that the RSPCA had acted anything other than within the boundaries of the law.
We do recognise that the RSPCA have a vital role to play in today’s society, in bringing to justice the real perpetrators of animal cruelty. Unfortunately, it would appear that individual inspectors, in achieving their objectives take the view that the people they accuse, or suspect of committing an offence, are guilty, even when they may in fact be innocent. In many cases, when this view is taken, the inspectors themselves are guilty in violating the civil rights of genuine animal carers. No matter how admirable these objectives are, this practice can not be allowed to continue.
If this site were to become a catalyst for change, then at least, all the pain and heartache endured by the Victims of the RSPCA will not have been in vain.
